Please read this before using ZentraHealth. The service can support care access, but it does not replace proper medical evaluation.

Not emergency care

ZentraHealth is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, fainting, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent medical concern, call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Doctor-led treatment only

Prescriptions and treatment decisions are made by qualified doctors only. ZentraHealth does not independently diagnose, prescribe, or decide whether a medication is suitable for you.

Any treatment plan should be based on a doctor's clinical judgement, your medical history, current medicines, examination where needed, and any relevant tests.

Weight-loss medications

Weight-loss medications require medical evaluation. They may not be suitable for everyone and can have side effects, interactions, contraindications, or monitoring requirements.

Do not start, stop, change, or combine weight-loss medicines without guidance from a qualified doctor.

Eligibility results

The eligibility flow is an initial screen based on the information you provide. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or final medical decision.

A result that says you may be eligible only means a doctor review may be appropriate. A doctor may still decide that treatment is not suitable.

No guaranteed outcomes

ZentraHealth does not guarantee weight loss, medication access, specific health results, or freedom from side effects. Results vary from person to person.

Healthy nutrition, movement, sleep, follow-up, and medical supervision may all affect outcomes.

Use accurate information

Your safety depends on accurate information. Tell the doctor about your medical history, pregnancy or pregnancy plans, allergies, current medicines, prior reactions, and any symptoms you are experiencing.
